This study aims to identify, in Brazilian scientific production from 2010 to 2024, specifically in the area of Nursing, the ways in which care for hospitalized children has been focused, considering them as subjects of rights, both in the process of initial and continuing training for nursing professionals. To compile the corpus, a bibliographic search was carried out on the virtual health library platform. Of the 49 articles identified, 10 were selected for their relevance. The literature review revealed significant gaps in the training of nursing health professionals with regard to recognizing children as subjects of rights.
