This text presents the results of a completed research, developed in the range of the Post-graduation Program in Education at UFMT, which aimed to report how the relation between the university and the school allowed the construction of a professional acting, which was oriented from the reflexive processes lived by teachers, and produced other meanings to the pedagogical action of Physical Education teachers in the early career. 4 Physical Education teachers, egress from the Physical Education College of UFMT, in the early career acted as collaborators, they started working in the city public school in 2016. We used as mediator devices the Collaborative Observation, the Reflection Cycles and the Focal Group. The route allowed us to have a greater ability to reflect about what the University is expected to develop in teacher’s Initial Formation program and in teacher’s Continuing Formation.
