This article presents the results of a systematic bibliographical research aimed at analyzing how the curricularization of university extension has been approached in Pedagogy programs in Brazil. The combined terms "Curricularization of Extension and Pedagogy" were used. The selection criteria included free, full-text articles in Portuguese. For analysis, three (3) thematic groups were selected: "A-Fundamentals of the Curricularization of Extension"; "B-Reports of Experiences"; and "C-Perspectives for the Curricularization of Extension." The analysis of the selected works allowed us to identify trends, challenges, and possibilities related to the implementation of the curricularization of extension in undergraduate programs, with an emphasis on the implications for teacher training and the university's social commitment. It was found that, for extension to fulfill its transformative role, its inclusion in the curriculum must be guided by a critical, ethical, and participatory vision. Therefore, it is essential to rethink the meanings of university extension, considering its formative potential.
