This article proposes a training approach understood as the Studio, a collective and experimental space for pedagogical work, articulating theoretical foundations and a methodological design for training interventions, exploring the uses and meanings of didactics in continuing teacher education. By conceptualizing teacher education as a studio, the text defends the centrality of creativity, reflection-in-action, the collective construction of knowledge, and curricular experimentation as vectors of pedagogical renewal. The text systematizes a theoretical framework on teaching practice, the relationship between theory and practice, and Studio pedagogies, and presents an intervention project with a sequence of workshops. It concludes by pointing out limits and paths for future research on creative teaching practices.
