Training experiences through prodocência in the daily life of CAP-UERJ

The partnership between degree courses and training programs linked to basic education has been successful in promoting the provision of quality training for future teachers. In this sense, such programs have also indirectly favored the learning of basic education students. In this article, we present some of the experiences developed at the Fernando Rodrigues da Silveira Application Institute - CAp-UERJ, based on Prodocência, which was developed with classes in the early years of elementary school using two different projects. The qualitative, descriptive research proposes an analysis of the development of the project at the institute and the progress made by the students who received scholarships for the two projects. We highlight the instituting movement that we recognize is present in this institute and some reports from prodocents on the benefits of the program to their training process.
