Abstract

This project is part of an ongoing doctoral research project and aims to explore, through the narratives of graduates from a Pedagogy undergraduate program at a Higher Education Institution in the state of São Paulo, the beginning of their teaching careers based on their stories and experiences. The general objective of the research is to understand how graduates of this institution's Pedagogy program experienced the start of their profession. The specific objectives are: to analyze the tensions they faced upon entering the professional field and to seek evidence of how initial training impacts the beginning of their careers. This text focuses on the narrative of Era, who, in her first year as a teacher, faced a case of child violence that reached the school's premises.

    Doutoranda em Educação pela Universidade São Francisco na linha de pesquisa: Formação de Professores, Trabalho Docente e Práticas Educativas, e Mestre em Educação pela Universidade São Francisco (2022) linha de pesquisa:Educação, Sociedade e processos formativos; Pós graduada em Gestão e Organização da Escola com Ênfase em Coordenação e Orientação Escolar (UNIDERP - 2020); Graduada em Pedagogia pela Universidade Estadual de Campinas (2008). Professora de Educação Básica da Rede Municipal de Ensino da Prefeitura de Itatiba desde 2000; Membro REPEF - Rede de Educadores e Pesquisadores da Educação FREINET , Membro do Coletivo Frenetiano (GEPEC/Unicamp). Integrante do Projeto de Extensão "Laboratório de Letramento Acadêmico" atuando como tutora.

    Possui graduação em Pedagogia, mestrado e doutorado em Educação, pela Faculdade de Educação da Universidade Estadual de Campinas (UNICAMP). Tem experiência na área de Educação como professora da educação básica e do ensino superior. Foi docente do Programa de Pós-graduação Stricto Sensu em Educação da Universidade São Francisco (USF), na linha de pesquisa: Formação de Professores, Trabalho Docente e Práticas Educativas de 2015 a 2024. Participa dos seguintes grupos de pesquisa: GPPL (Grupo de Pesquisa Pensamento e Linguagem) e Hinas (Grupo de Pesquisa Histórias de Vida,. Narrativas e Subjetividades). Realizou pós-doutorado no Laboratório EXPERICE, na Universidade Paris 13, sob supervisão da Profa. Dra. Izabel Galvão.
