Professional teacher training and experiences of working with babies in female educators’ narratives

The aim is to analyze the process of professional teacher training and experiences working with babies of two female educators who are part of a municipal public daycare center in the city of Nossa Senhora do Socorro/SE. This is a qualitative, case study research, that uses interviews and questionnaires that generate narratives assessed through content analysis. The reports highlight the constitution of the teaching practice experienced through a teaching that is attentive, sensitive, and responsive to the interests of babies.
