The collective actor becomes a reality as the leadership of an organization evolves from an individual to a holistic form, thus transcending individuals forming the organization. During collective actions devoted to regional development, engages a process of transition from an individual to a holistic leadership. Each person involved in collective achievements internalizes common goals, then takes part in collective actions and identifies to shared values in an organization. This is how the collective actor becomes a coherent whole.Downloads
