This article presents a reflection about rural education in the context of Brazilian reality, highlighting the significance of the Family Farm Schools. Based on the experience of EFASC, referenced in the Pedagogy of Alternation, with the participation of families and their communities, alternating with the training school built in the school environment, the agricultural Family Schools promote the integral formation of the young agricultural technician. In this educational process, we highlight the participation of families and regional institutions as key partners for the development and training of students, enabling them to remain in rural areas by choice.Downloads
