Imaginations of the end: images of the end of the world in creative writing practices in high school

In this text, that combines essay and experience report, I propose two moves: the first one is to analyze images of the end of the world in short stories produces in the context of Creative Writing in high school; and the second one is to think about Creative Writing as a space of imagination and enjoyment of live, according to the meaning given by Ailton Krenak. To the first move, I analyze short stories produced in a teaching sequence that I developed in a class of the second grade of high school through ideas about ends of the world. By these points, I aim to think about Creative Writing in basic education, in a context of public school, as a possibility of a space-time that can be articulated as a means to expand imaginative repertoires and build up new imaginations about the world through its perspectives of ending.
