Abstract

The comprehension of planning from the configuration of new senses emerges as the result of a long investigative process, which has allowed building essential characteristics offered as a conceptual and methodological basis. In this article the planning and development from a contemporary and renewed perspective is presented, seeking to fulfill the meaning of the option that considers planning as the social-political process to conjugate development.
