Abstract

The aim of this paper is to systematize the new references of development bymeans of their genesis, well-succeeded experiences, as well as different approaches about their reaches and limits. Our Geographical Perspective is focused on nonmetropolitan areas, specially small towns, which are usually neglected in traditional territorial politics.
