TENDÊNCIAS ATUAIS NA REABILITAÇÃO DA NEGLIGÊNCIA ESPACIAL UNILATERAL PÓS-AVC: REVISÃO INTEGRATIVA

Resumo

Introdução: O Acidente Vascular Cerebral (AVC) é uma das principais causas de morbidade e mortalidade global, com implicações funcionais significativas na fase crônica. Este estudo visa explorar as tendências atuais no tratamento da Negligência Espacial Unilateral (NEU) pós-AVC. O presente estudo tem como objetivo explorar as opções atuais de tratamento na reabilitação de pacientes com NEU pós-AVC.

 Método: Realizou-se uma revisão integrativa da literatura com análise de artigos em português e inglês sobre tratamentos fisioterapêuticos para NEU. As bases de dados consultadas foram PubMed, Medline e Cochrane, utilizando-se palavras-chave combinadas com operadores booleanos: "unilateral spatial neglect OR hemineglect AND stroke"; "Negligência Espacial Unilateral OU Heminegligência E Acidente Vascular Cerebral". Resultados: Foram encontrados 96 artigos. Após a triagem, 78 foram excluídos por não atenderem aos critérios de inclusão. Dos 18 textos completos analisados, 13 foram considerados elegíveis para a revisão. Conclusão: As intervenções não invasivas de estimulação cerebral, a realidade virtual, adaptação prismática, terapia do espelho, treinamento de movimento induzido por restrição e treinamento de braço assistido por robô, mostraram-se eficazes na redução dos sintomas da NEU e podem ser combinadas com terapias convencionais.
