Abstract

This theoretical test consists of an epistemic study on the nature and limits of relations between subject and society, from a historical context considering the pre-industrial and industrial macroperíodos and expanding post-industrial contexts. It emphasizes the conceptual and theoretical aspects of these macroperíodos highlighting the year 1970 as a symbol of the Taylor system crisis / Fordist contextualized by the automotive industry, which migrated from one-dimensional industrialization processes for multidimensional processes and customized beyond the advent of globalization and dispossession within a multimarket vision. Conclusively, the development models are still characterized by periods whose social concepts are linked to forms of perception of reality by man and their accumulation processes are entitled to this epistemic reflection on organizations and development and its social impacts, as well as the thesis crisis in still homogenizing mentality in economic and organizational terms in terms of environmental uncertainties macro and micro economic historically impacted the society and organizations.
